Our policies regarding refunds and cancellations for donations.
1. General Policy
All donations made to Devi Kalindi Charitable Trust are non-refundable, as they are used for charitable purposes.
2. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate transaction
Incorrect amount entered by donor
Technical error during payment
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the donor must contact us within 7 days of the transaction with:

Donation details
Reason for refund

4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refund will be credited to the original payment method
5. Payment Gateway Charges
Any applicable payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
